When I first read
Anne Frank's story, it resonated to the inner depths of my soul.

As a child of Holocaust survivors, I learned first hand of the horrific atrocities my family suffered by the Nazi Regime. My parents were prisoners in the Concentrations Camps for five years and by the Grace of G-D, survived. Unfortunately, most of my family perished.

Reading Anne Frank's Diary, at a young age, helped me to understand more about a young teenager, like myself at the time, comprehend the true meaning of being Jewish.

Finally, it is my hope and prayer that someday, I will find the courage to send my own written book out for publication and share my story.

Rest in peace Anne for all eternity.

She and I have the same birthday, but forty (40) years apart and I feel that she and I have a strong connection and I'm a fan of her work; I have her diaries and "The Tales of the Secret Annex" I believe if she was alive she would have been a famous writer and travel the world and her sister Margot would live in Israel; she and Anne would be married and have families of their own.

I read the review of Anne's diary in some book when I was 11 and pestered my dad to bring the book for me. I finally read her diary when I was 12. I am now 13 and am Anne's biggest admirer. She was very brave and had superhuman emotional strength. I have read the book a thousand times and I can't help crying whenever i think about her. She was truly an amazing personality.

I remember reading the diary of anne Frank when I was a little girl in school and I always wanted to know more about her! I could never imagine what it was like to have to be in hiding especially as a child ! I am now 33 years old and I read everything I can find about this strong girl ! Her diary is touching ,sad , and full of hope ! We are so lucky to be able to read it and see even a little bit into her world

A nation gathered its forces to obliterate an entire race of people..and in the end, the tender writings of a pure, young innocent still shines forth as a beacon of courage, hope and optimism. They may have destroyed her physical self..but Anne's truth is immortal.

What a gift to the world, to the future of mankind, Anne was and will be. Her writing told the story of a young girl, so strong and determined to stay true to herself and keep optimistic toward life and living, even though she was surrounded by such darkness. We should all take a leaf from the pages of Anne, and continue on with our own lives with such hope and bravery.
